Shipping & Delivery Policy

Steelhaul Co. delivers across Australia. Because our catalog ranges from small accessories to oversized equipment, we use two delivery methods depending on the item.

Freight delivery (oversized items)

Large items — shipping containers, trailers, tractors, mowers, generators, and similar — ship by freight carrier. For these items, delivery is quoted to your postcode after you place your order and added to your invoice before payment, so you always approve the delivery cost before paying. Freight delivery typically takes longer than parcel shipping and is scheduled with the carrier.

Please ensure the delivery site has suitable access for a freight truck. Some freight deliveries are curbside; the customer may need to assist with unloading or arrange equipment (such as a forklift) for very heavy items. We'll confirm delivery details with you in advance.

Standard shipping (smaller items)

Smaller items ship by standard parcel carrier. Shipping cost and estimated timing are shown or quoted based on the item and your address.

Processing & timing

Orders are processed after payment is received and confirmed.
Freight delivery windows vary by item, carrier, and destination — we provide an estimate with your delivery quote.
You'll receive tracking or scheduling details once your order ships.
